Yet another well planned and well-executed journey with Phillip. The excursion to the lodge was an adventure all by itself! Once there, we were pampered day and night. The area was spacious, serene, and extremely isolated. Aside from the Sumatran Tiger (which we did see in the wild), there was an abundance of wildlife and birds to focus on. Having been to Indonesia multiple times, we found the temperature and humidity a bit cooler than usual. Perpetual food, friends, FUN, and frequent exploration, it was magical. Compared to many of his other treks that we have enjoyed, this one was relaxed and tranquil. Just sorry that it ended so soon, could've stayed for another week! Can't wait until the next trip.

I recently returned from the “Life on the Equator”, Komodo, Borneo and Java photo workshop with Phillip Bartlett. What a fantastic experience this was! What a great adventure with an amazing mix of wildlife, landscapes, and local culture. Never a dull moment!
